Technical round:
HR: Tell me difference between C and C++
ME: answered (I mentioned about object oriented programming
in my answer)
HR: what is object oriented programming
ME:I explained (and mentioned inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation)
HR: what is inheritance?
Me: answered
HR: what is multiple inheritance?
Me : answered(with a code snippet)
HR: does C has inheritance
Me : answered (but it has polymorphism)
HR: what is polymorphism?
Me:I answered (and gave an example of function overloading )
HR: gave a logical question on function overloading
Me :answered
HR:what is exceptional handling
Me :answered
HR:what is operating system
ME :ANSWERED
HR:what is kernel
Me: answered

ME : ANSWERED

Sorry there were few more question covering dbms and mobile
technologies but I don’t remember them all, and the interview went for 45
minutes and my advice be good with the basics
and be confident while answering as they will try an trick you during
the interview a lot many times .
My HR interview experience:
I was one of the last candidates they were going to
interview that day and it was pretty much late, it was around eight in the
evening. So I went in and the HR was a very warm and welcoming kind of a person,
then the interview started, so the HR ran his eyes through my resume and said
impressive, you studied at KV (KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA) so that means your dad must
work in DEFENCE FORCES ,so
HR: tell me about your family and that was his first
question
ME: so, I started telling about my dad and mum and my sister
and my beautiful niece and my brother who is younger to me and how we both
study in same collage and I ended up saying how difficult it is for him ,and he
said that he understand how it feels to be an younger brother to a collage
topper .so it started on a good note.
HR: Asked me to share my experience when I was in Jammu doing
my secondary education ?
ME: I explained him
how fun it was studying there and how much I learnt there ,as it was a cultural
hub with people from different traditions and languages and I also told him how
much I love to learn new traditions and cultures .
HR: Asked me that I
see many certification and achievements on your resume which one is very
dearest to you ? which one are you very proud of ?
ME: I answered it by
saying that I am still waiting for the perfect one .and he said so you are one
of those who achieve things and move forward to achieve even bigger things and
I agreed and said yes.
HR: Said cooking, watching movies ,reading ,listing music
all are the things which you like but what is that one thing that really kicks
you in and you are passionate about ?
ME: then, I explained
how badly I want to go overseas as I just love learning and experiencing new
cultures and traditions .
HR: what is that one thing that makes you stand apart ,and
did it ever happened that you did something that made you stand apart for rest
of you class ?
ME: I mentioned that it’s really hard for a freshman to come
on stage and do something in collage events but I got a chance to anchor the
annual day function and I been doing it since first year and that happened
because I am good at what I do ,I have skills ,then I spoke about the even I
organised for our technical fest in collage in collaboration with IIT BOMBAY
and how I face many problems but still managed to do it successfully and how I
worked with the team I was assigned .
HR: what is that I like about their company ?
ME: I said you said
in your presentation that you are not a very big company but a medium level
company and you take care of your employees you know them on both personal and professional level ,and I
really want to work with a company who knows me and thinks well about me and
wants me to grow as it is growing.
And the remaining questions were about how I joined my
collage and how I got fit into a collage were most of the people speaking a
different language than mine.
HR: any questions ?
ME: I asked if the company invests in their employees for
higher education, and he explained me the policies and it all went good .
My suggestion is be the real you and tell them through your
answers why they should hire you, give them leadership qualities, stress
handling ability, ability to work in and with cross cultured people. Enthusiastic
to join their company and all things will go well, be confident and be real .All
