The selection process has 6 rounds
1. Written(Duration 90 minutes) – No Negative Marking
This round was internally divided into 5 sections
i.) Aptitude(10 Questions 1Mark each) Question were from time and work (e.g.: if 5 women and 6 men can complete a task in 4 days. 6 women and 7 men do the same in 8 days then in how many days 1 men and 1 women will do the task.? ) Questions based on directions(e.g:- if one moves 5 km in north direction then moves 4 km in left direction and so on then what is the total distance that he takes and what is his direction now..) Note: there were around 5- 6 questions of the same type as mentioned above. Question on probability. Q. If there are 4 chairs. among 6 men and 4 women , 2 men and 2 women are to be seated on the chairs then what is the probability of them to be seated. Geometry – Questions related to Circle and Triangle Questions on Pipes and Cisterns Questions on Time, Speed and Distance
ii.) Logical Reasoning(10 Questions 1 Mark each)
iii.) Verbal(11 Questions [1 Essay – 10 Marks, 10 Questions of 1 mark each])
An essay of not more than 300 words had to be written and it carried 10 marks(Few topics – Future of Nokia in India, Exams in India)
1 Mark Questions
v.) Coding(1 program) – 20 Marks
1 program was given to write and it carries 20 Marks. If it runs successfully satisfying all Test Cases then only 20 Marks will be awarded else 0.

2. Assessment Round(30 Minutes)
We were divided into teams of size 17 members. Each team has been taken to different places where interviewers were sitting.
The Interviewers explained a scenario like they wanted to develop a security App for women so that if women want to work in some place then she will enter the details like Company, City, Timings and some more…., Based on the details given by her we should decide the place which she want to work is SAFE or UNSAFE…….
After explaining the scenario they gave papers and told to put down our ideas in whatever way we like and the interviewers were roaming peeping our papers and in middle they were asking us what is your idea… This is the crucial time where we need utilize talking with interviewers. First I have the idea of taking survey from the employees from various
companies who were already working and compare the result from the previous and the present data, so we need Database. They asked us in detail about the fields and the keys in Database Tables. I showed to one of the interviewer the tables and the JDBC code which I have written, He said well done and asked few more questions regarding the code. There was another interviewer roaming and I showed to him his expressions were not satisfied. There is still 15 minutes time so I gave a new approach in the form of algorithm them he said nice.
The results were announced, most of the crew were eliminated in this round, out of 17 only 4 were promoted to next round.

3. Technical Interview-1
The interviewer entered the room by calling me and we both entered at the same time. He told 5 minutes and arranged all stationary on the table and he just casually told to close my eyes and said Neelima can you tell the sequence of things I have done after coming here.
I remembered all the things and told the things, He said OK.
Int: Neelima can you write code to check whether the given string is a palindrome or not.
I : yes
Int: write and show
I: wrote code and shown
Int: it’s wrong
I: I asked why
Int: I don’t know you verify and tell
I: I verified my code with various test cases and said that the code is right and is working.
Int: I want you to verify all the test cases before submitting the code.
Int: Do you know normal forms in DBMS
I : yes I do
Int: Gave some tables and asked in which normal form this is and told to apply some normal forms on the given table.
Int: Fine Neelima, can you solve puzzles?
I: Will try my best if you give
Int: Gave one puzzle
I: Answered in 2 mins
Int: Gave one puzzle
I: Answered in 5 mins
Another women named Somia Mittal came from out and said time up leave her……..
Int: Thank You Neelima, I am ok with your Interview. You can leave now.
I: Thank You.
4. Technical Interview-2
Int: Asked some questions in Operating Systems(Page Replacement Implementation Using a Linked List)
I: Just wrote the Logic in C
Int: Write code to Separate 0’s and 1’s
I: Wrote the code
Int: Write code to Reverse a Linked List
I: Wrote the code
Int: What new Technologies have u learned apart from academics
I: Python, NodeJS, Angular JS,……………..
Int: Good
